Can Jay answer every question?

No. Jay should answer from the approved business profile and hand off when a question needs your team.

Can we change the greeting later?

Yes. Send the updated wording to JAIS support and note when you want it to go live.

What if Jay gets something wrong?

Send the call or chat example to JAIS support with what should have happened. JAIS will review the instructions and help correct the behavior.

Can Jay work after hours?

Yes. Jay can answer after hours if your setup allows it. Your business profile should explain what Jay should say and where summaries should go.

Who receives summaries?

That depends on your setup. Most businesses send summaries to a shared inbox or the person responsible for follow-up.
