- Recordings, if recording is enabled
How businesses can help
- Give Jay clear instructions about what to collect.
- Avoid putting unnecessary sensitive information into the business profile.
- Tell JAIS who should receive summaries and notifications.
- Remove access when a team member no longer needs it.
- Review the call recording notice before going live.
Sensitive requests
Jay should not handle emergencies, make legal or medical decisions, or promise outcomes your team has not approved. For sensitive situations, Jay should gather the basic details and hand off to a human.
